I think AC/DC's way of answering those who say rock stars are only about the sex, the drugs & the rock 'n' roll and they answer it by sayin "yeah we are, so what?"

The song is describing a induvial who is rich, who is hiding some young girl's house "So little girl be careful", and may be dangerous, and enjoy the fear she is inflicting on this young girl hence the line "And don't let the sun come up on me"
