It's beyond me why you always second guess the things you're offering, why won't you just take things as they are? Is the reason rooted in your broken heart returned, ripped into pieces? The weight of blame hanging from your head. Would you be the light by which I return? Will my influence make up your mind or can you make it on your own? "Cause I can't wait on you anymore. Is there an answer lost inside your head beneath the lies and discontent? I'm betting all I've got on what you have. To see your smiling face there helps me everytime I need it.
This song is sooooooo amazing. I love Recover so much. I'm just recently getting into their stuff, but I've liked everything I've heard so far. This has to be my favorite song by them. It expresses exactly what I'm feeling right now about my ex. Great Song, Great Band!!!
i saw recover in march...they kick ass live. i havent been able to fin their cd anywhere here...but shit, they rock. this is definitely one of my favorite songs by them...
yeah this song is totally what im feelin right now! its wierd now their song can totally relate to me and my situations lol. they kick ass. thanks jimmy eat world, they made these guys known!
this song is totally sick, and it got me hooked on recover. i hear they will be touring with taking back sunday and midtown this fall, that would be a sweet show for sure.
you can get recovers new music at fiddlerempire.com and their older stuff at fueledbyramen.com
to 'thestartingline101'- im not trying to be mean, but jimmy eat world did not 'make these guys known.' j.e.w. does not deserve any credit for what recover has done to make great music and put their name out there. recover has been working really hard and touring their asses off for a while now. if any other band was going to be mentioned in conjunction with recover, it would be the impossibles anyways. just because you only heard of them when you went to the j.e.w. show means that you could stand to go expose yourself to bands that arent played on the radio or mtv.
give the credit for this music to who it belongs to: dan, jimmy, robert, and ross.
I first heard of recover when i found the Fueld By Ramen album "Feed Your Ears Vol. 1" album in a little record shop in NYC - only $7, blown away by it. There's this and "Unnatural" which is not as good, but still cool.
