When we reached the car we found it wasn't there
She asked to hold my hand
I said I didn't care
Though it made her angry

That was the day we fell in love
It makes no difference today
And the money ran out so we headed home
And the house we lived in was the first she'd known

It made her angry when she realized
But it makes no difference in her eyes
I want to tell the story but I can't believe
You find the things inside you to make you see

I have traveled oceans
I have swallowed tears
I have looked for one like you for years
It makes no difference now that you are here

It makes no difference today
Would you marry me?
Would you say forever?
Take me away if it's still inside you

It makes no difference now that you are here
It makes no difference today

I've seen them in person, and talked to them, they're amazing guys. This song was playing at the first concert my boyfriend and I went to together. It always makes me think of him, espechially the, "would you marry me?" line.

ive seen breaking pangaea a few times and i cant get over this song...its so amazing and they pull off being a trio so well... however it really disappointed me that when they played they got boos from the crowd at sports plus with taking back sunday because some people dont know what good music truly is...and at irving plaza in the city they had barely any fans there...what assholes some people can be

this is my favourite breaking pangaea song. it starts out just like a lullaby, rocks out, and returns to the slower pace. Definetly one of Fred's best.
