How come no one has commented???? This is my fave song from Fast Times At Ridgemont High, definitely captures the feeling of the phase of our lives where we're desperate to know what a real relationship feels like, and we have a person in mind we'd like to find that romance with.
To date I have never heard this song but read the lyrics many times. Have looked for the CD. Guess I'll have to order it. Had an old H.S. friend tell me he thought of me everytime he heard this song ... I was the "older" girl he has wanted all these 30+ years. WOW ! That was cool to hear ... Truly changed everything. Just can't expalin it. So thankful for this song at this time in my life and his confession.
