hah..i can't help but laugh when I hear "Rollin'". I love 311 so very much..but this song is pretty cheesey. It does have a good message, though...

"Rollin" is kind of a lame song. I love 311 but, this song I think is supposed to be a song to learn from all their other songs are about peace and Unity and this was just a lesson for what happens when you're drunk and not down with the peace and unity.
I think, and it may only be because I'm a big E-tard, or used to be anyways. It's about rolling on ecstasy, in a nutshell. Obviously, it's not very easy to see this. But when he's repeating rolling, it's something you would like to listen to while rolling. They are like saying, in the days when we used to roll. Because on a good song, I can't remember SA says, on ecstasy, uh, not next to me..BAM

The last verse he says: "I learn from being stupid I learn from my mistakes and now I'm livin' peace edifyin' and trollen" Alcohol is the most mindless stupid fucking drug...see what happened to Nick? He got violent on alcohol and bad stuff happened. Lesson learned. Now he lives peacefully trollen again ... I don't know why other drugs like X are illegal, they are so much better than alcohol. They open your mind instead of constricting it.
