You promise us all a bright golden future
You say you will save the world
That there will be no more hunger and pain
But we only see your golden hands
You say you take care of our survival
Sending us missiles instead
But you just betray us, deny us and lie
And you always say you would

Chorus 1:
Fight for freedom, fight for rights
I see treason, in your eyes

Chorus 2:
Judas---rulin' with an iron hand
Judas---sittin' in the goverment
Judas---I am not a Jesus Christ
Judas---you will be the one who's crucified

You worship money and economy
There's nothin' that you wouldn't do
If the payment is right, you don't care about life
'cause the economy is your truth
You are the one selling terror and pain
In all parts of the world
You are preparing the final grand slam
But you keep on telling, you'll

Fight for freedom, fight for rights
I see treason, in your eyes

Judas---rulin' with an iron hand
Judas---sittin' in the goverment
Judas---I am not a Jesus Christ
Judas---you will be the one who's crucified

Judas, Judas---are you still human?
Judas, Judas---I can't believe it
Judas, Judas---dealing with evil
Judas, Judas
You keep on telling, you'll

Fight for freedom, fight for rights
I see treason, in your eyes

Judas---rulin' with an iron hand
Judas---sittin' in the goverment
Judas---I am not a Jesus Christ
Judas---you will be the one who's crucified

This song for me is about the Antichrist raising, it uses some expressions like "rulin with an iron hand", ut's used in the Bible to describe the Antichrist

God, where do you see satanism in this ?! It's just a song about government and politicians who betray their voters like Judas betrayed Jesus Christ. This is an allegory......nothing about antichrist....Kay hansen doesn't worship satan for christ sake !!!

I agree with vehuiah, this used to be a recurrent theme in Helloween's first albums - many of their songs were turned against the "rulers" and the politicians, especially against the western civilization governments (remember "and the Russians won't be so late... uncle Sam don't wanna wait..." ?)

But all in all the song is about a politician(king emperor tyrant) that promises to get into power, probably by making people fight(fight for freedom) but he is in only for the money(judas) and doesn't care about(crucified guy!)people. In the end he is just like or worst than the last one. Unlike Judas he doesn't seem to have remorse though. (Justice die!)

Reeks of christian-fueled anti-semitism. Judas has become a popular scapegoat for Jesus' death. Kai is german.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.

Another Love
Tom Odell
I think the meaning is pretty clear. This person got really burned in a previous relationship, and because of this is unable to love and show care in his present one, even though he so badly wants to. It's lovely song, and very sad. You can really feel how defeated and frustrated he is with himself.

Zombie
Cranberries, The
"Zombie" is about the ethno-political conflict in Ireland. This is obvious if you know anything of the singer (Dolores O'Riordan)'s Irish heritage and understood the "1916" Easter Rising reference. "Another head hangs lowly Child is slowly taken And the violence caused such silence Who are we mistaken - Another mother's breaking Heart is taking over" Laments the Warrington bomb attacks in which two children were fatally injured on March 23rd, 1993. Twelve year old Tim Parry was taken off life support with permission from his mother after five days in the hospital, virtually braindead. "But you see it's not me It's not my family" References how people who are not directly involved with the violence feel about it. They are "zombies" without sympathy who refuse to take action while others suffer.
