bumpy road below
highway signs
hurt my eyes
rain rolls down the window
like tears roll from your eyes
yet it never comes as a surprise
i watched you grow
not older,but out of me
time always seems to move on
but in the long run
everything fades
til then know you mean everything to me
if i could change a thing,
i'd change the fact that things had to change.
