What the artist means This track starts on a playful note, she's crooning about the many things on her mind. She's been looking for her lover, she's been searching for him for a while, and she's beginning to feel a bit restless. She finds him and proceeds to tell him to put her to sleep, she deserves it as she's been starved of good loving for too long. The featured artiste steps in from the male perspective, he's singing about how fly his lover makes him feel. He's on a reggae vibe, he's flexing on the beat, there are too much passion and desire, so he needs her to put him to sleep. They are performing a duet now, their different styles dovetailing almost perfectly towards the end. The track closes out on a calm note, as they finally get to sleep.

What the song means to me This track is a very intimate affair, it sees two very different artists show off the best things about their craft and use them to create a classic. Viyaa has been around for a minute, with songs like this it's pretty clear that she's not going anywhere anytime soon. Datbeatgod owned his verse, his style was perfect for the mood, and his addition is a masterstroke. The track sets my mind at rest, it also makes me feel like chilling with my lover, the perfect way to be put to sleep. I will give this song a rating of 9/10.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."
