I remember holding your hand now I lost it
Now your life is gone you know what cost it
A drunk speeding and you where hit across it
1 a.m. when I got the news I was exhausted
I dropped phone my heart was fully frosted
How do I live on
How do I live with my love of my life is gone
No one get's how fucking much pain I feel
My love is dead and I guess life gets real
But you know what's the deal
My fate is sealed
When I went to sleep everything was a-okay
Then I woke up in the morning, everything had changed oh
Will never be the same
Everything's different now
You've gone, gone away
When I went to sleep everything was a-okay
Then I woke up in the morning, everything had changed oh
Will never be the same
Everything's different now
You've gone, gone away
I got a split personality, since her fatality
Lost my mentality
You've gone gone away yeah...
Demon in my head
Trying to stay feed
I lost more when I bleed
Trying to stay dead
Numb I know death is ahead
You've gone gone away yeah...
Sitting all alone in my room
Not a moment goes by where I don't think of you
No it never changes
They said love is dead but I don't think so
All me and you wanted to do
Was to show everyone
That we should have made it
But now your gone and my memories fading
When I went to sleep everything was a-okay
Then I woke up in the morning, everything had changed oh
Will never be the same
Everything's different now
You've gone, gone away
When I went to sleep everything was a-okay
Then I woke up in the morning, everything had changed oh
Will never be the same
Everything's different now
You've gone, gone away
When I went to sleep everything was a-okay
Then I woke up in the morning, everything had changed oh
Will never be the same
Everything's different now
You've gone, gone away
When I went to sleep everything was a-okay
Then I woke up in the morning, everything had changed oh
Will never be the same
Everything's different now
You've gone, gone away

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion.
