So when I’m thirsty and want more, I can save a trip to the store
if I can fill the bowl in my bong one more time.
I get my flicker and light on. Inhale a bit until I’m gone
to better avenues in the depths of my mind.
Now I’m walking around with my head on backwards.
Chasing a cloud that floats so low, enters my eyes and nose,
and I can feel it from my head to my toes.
Walking around with my clothes on upside-down.
Looking around to see if anyone can tell, but hell no.
No one even notices at all.
If you loose your balance and wobble, don’t think that you’ll get in trouble. Everyone looses their balance once in a little while.
But that’s the beauty of alone time, or time with friends who let each other let their freak-flags fly, is that you know you’ll enjoy all the time until they’re making their goodbyes. So when you walk onto my floor, leave your worries at the door. We’ll take our vitamin and relax our weary minds. And should the day come when I’m dry, it’ll be a bummer, but I’ll survive. But if the bottle comes to get me, I won’t be easy to hold back. I wish I could do what I want to do in peace.
I believe that I’d be lost without you in my life.
