Can't control it but it's coming like a thunder in the sound.
I could feel before I knew it then you slapped me on the ground.
And you took me like I never had that whiskey in my veins.
Ever since you've been on repeat like the music in my brain.
You feel me, I feel you.
I need to know the taste that's on your lips.
And I see only you 'cause no one's ever touched me there like this.
(I feel me, I-I feel like it, feel)
No more waiting, baby, take it 'til you lose your fucking mind,
I can feel you on my skin and I am slowly going blind,
And your touch is like the only thing that I will ever need
Sink your teeth into my veins 'til my heart is on your sleeve
You feel me, I feel you
I need to know the taste that's on your lips
And I see only you 'cause no one's ever touched me there like this.
(I feel me, I-I feel like it, feel)

In the first paragraph, the narrator (I will write "she" to simplify this, but it could also be a man) is experiencing this kind of love, and describes it as a thunder, which caught took her by surprise. A strong feeling she never experienced before (compared with whiskey in the song).
Since that moment, the person can't forget him, and must constantly think about that other person, which feels as if her thoughts were on repeat.
In the second paragraph we discover that she wants to get to know him. She wants to kiss him ("I need to know the taste that's on your lips"), and can only think about this one person, because nobody ever touched her (emotionally) the way he did.
I think the third paragraph states that she wants to touch him, at least give him a hug, maybe have sex with him.
The thought of being touched by him is so strong she has the feeling of getting blind.
I know that from my own experience.
