"Another Way Out" as written by Griffin Boice and Writers Unknown....
Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh
Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh
Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh
Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, I wish there was another way out

Voices won't go away
They stay for days and days
They say some awful things, ways to make you fade away
I don't think no one's home
And we're just here alone
I better find you first, before you find the phone

You better run, better run, better run, yeah I'm coming after you
When you're sleeping at night, yeah there's nothing you can do
There's no place you can hide 'cause I'm coming after you
I wish there was another way ou-ou-ou-ou-out for you
I wish there was another way ou-ou-ou-ou-out for you

I wish there was another way out (Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh)
I wish there was another way out (Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh)
I wish there was another way out

You go up check and see
No one cares less than me
Dead wrong I guess you'll be
These voices won't let you leave
Got you down on bending knee
What should my next weapon be?
It's over you can't breathe
Just sit down, rest with me

You better run, better run, better run, yeah I'm coming after you
When you're sleeping at night, yeah there's nothing you can do
There's no place you can hide 'cause I'm coming after you
I wish there was another way ah-ah-ahah-ah-ah-ahah out for you
I wish there was another way ah-ah-ahah-ah-ah-ahah for you

I wish there was another way out (Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh)
I wish there was another way out (Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh)
I wish there was another way out

Break you down, now put it back together again
I'll break you down, now put it back together again
Break you down, now put it back together again
I'll break you down, now put it back together again

I wish there was another way out (Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh)
I wish there was another way out (Whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh, whoa-oh-oh)
I wish there was another way out

My OpinionFor me to say, when I first listened to the song, I was like, "Cool tune, but what the fuck?" and then when I saw the lyrics, which is about now... I'm like, "WOAH WOAH WOAH!!!" (makes time out gesture)

    This song, is really good.

I think this song is about a killer, Idk, and he is trying to search and murder his victim. I think the victim might be in... like a haunted house of some sort?

    And probably, yeah.

My OpinionThis song is so catchy. the tune is really up beat and addictive. When I actually paid attention to what the lyrics were I was a bit shocked. Either way i Like it very much.

I personally think its from the perspective of a deranged and possibly schizophrenic whack-job who kidnapped someone and is toying with them. A part of them even pitying the victim, but having too much fun messing with the person the keep it up, making the victim paranoid and getting them to question their own sanity, before finishing them off.

Song MeaningIt's about hearing voices and how they threaten you. One might take it literally at first, but read the first verse and I think you'll get it.

General CommentMaybe I'm overthinking it but nevermind, here's my theory:

I think it's a metaphor of trying to escape a corrupted mind. There's no killer or something, the enemy actually lives inside his own head.
The voices "say some awful things ways to make you fade away", which can lead us to the fact, that the protagonist has a personality disorder, probably schizophrenia. The voices start to make his real personality fade away.
The next line confirms, that he's alone and when he's all by hinself the voices are growing stronger.
He wants to take back control before the voices drive him into doing something what would make him feel uncomfortable.
He can't make the voices go away so he just tries to escape his mind instead.
The next verse tells us, that he commited suicide with his "next weapon" which means that he hang himself and the voices are dying with him but as the bridge says he dosen't die and he breaks himself over and over trying to die but the voices don't let him do that (?)

Ye (and sorry for my english)
