"She's Not Me (Ride or Die)" as written by and Ira Gershwin George Gershwin....
Old man sunshine listen you
Never tell me dreams come true
Just try it and I'll start a riot
Beatrice Fairfax don't you dare
Ever tell me he will care
I'm certain it's the final curtain
I never want to hear from any cheerful Pollyannas
Who tell you fate supplies a mate
It's all bananas

They're writing songs of love but not for me
A lucky star's above but not for me
With love to lead the way I've found more clouds of gray
Than any Russian play could guarantee

I was a fool to fall and get that way
Hi-ho, alas, and also lack-a-day
Although I can't dismiss the memory of his kiss
I guess he's not for me

I was a fool to fall and get that way
Hi-ho, alas, and also lack-a-day
Although I can't dismiss the memory of his kiss

My InterpretationMy interpretation is that there is this guy that Lana may have broken up with and the two still want to be friends thought Lana may want to date again. And in the midst of the two is the guys girlfriend who is the reason why they arent dating anymore.

And Lana is reminding the guy she is better than the girl and she should be with him instead of this chick and that he should basically remember the times he had with her because she will always be with him or haunting him if he doesnt get back with her.

Though through all of this the guy is trying to ignore Lana and move on "Trying to block me out"
