Very simple song. She's just saying she always feels so close to love, but she never is, she never sees it for sure and she never knows for sure. This makes her fall (depression, rejection, isolation, etc) and then she knows she's meant to be alone. She is in love with life itself, but she can't seem to express this love and it drives her crazy, so she just stays in her own head. "And then I know". It's ominous/sad. At the same time, the way it's sung, it's as if she's comfortable with it, like a realization. "It's always different" -- no matter how much she rationalizes, she can never deal with it.
The above comment was written based on an old set of lyrics up here that had slightly different wording. I didnt know the song said the word "ever" at any point (saying 'never' for each hook is different than occasionally saying the word which means the exact opposite).

Additionally, the old lyrics said "I am a vagabond" instead of "I am the one in love"

Please take the above interpretation with these things in mind, because I think that I would re-write it with more optimism, now that I know the real lyrics. But something does stand, what I wrote about "It's a realization" -- this is a song that, above anything else, is in love with life more than it is NOT in love with life, so it's a very confident and uplifting vibe.
I think she is searching for someone to love she asks tarot and her answer is "love yourself."
i hear "i am the one that fell in love" a few times... anyone else?
Totally!!
Totally!!
My heart will never feel Will never see Will never know
Oh, heart And then it falls And then I fall And then I know
My heart will never be I never see I never know
Holding ohn-on /home and I know I am a vagabond It’s always different I am the one that falls /I am the one that loves
My heart will never feel Will never see Will never know
Oh, heart And then it falls And then I fall And then I know
My heart will never be I never see I never know
Holding ohn-on /home and I know I am a vagabond It’s always different I am the one that falls /I am the one that loves
Also, I think it's "my heart, I'll never be, I'll never see, I'll never know" and "Home and I know [maybe], playing the vagabond, it's always different, I'm the one who falls" and then the second time "I'm the one who loves". you can figure this out pretty clearly in the live performances of the song.
It might also be "Home in the night". She seriously has some pronunciation issues.

I can't tell what she's singing very well, especially at the "Playing the vagabond" line. I don't see her mouth moving that way... I feel like she's singing "Playing the deck above."
i think she says above too!!! i watch a couple of lives but i don't get whhat she says at the beginning :\

in this live you can clyearly see that the last chorus doesn't say "i'm a vagabond" but something more like "paying a deck above" that I know doesn't make any sense but she clearly says those letters!!
"Playing the deck above."
"Playing the deck above."
If you listen closely, the words change a little bit each time she repeats a...verse, I guess you'd call it? For instance "will never see, will never know" sometimes turns out to be "you'll never see, you'll never know".
I know it's debatable since it's hard to tell with the way the sound is manipulated in the song, but I'm pretty sure I'm hearing it right. Also, "holding on" sounds like "home in my.." and I can't figure out the rest.
I agree, "it's always different!" also I hear "I am the one that love" http://youtu.be/i3flVpOuBKg

I'm pretty sure the lyrics in the last verse are:
Home and then one I'm a vagabond It's always different I'm the one in love/who loved
The first verse (My heart will never feel, will never see etc.) I'm pretty sure is trying to question the association between love and the heart, because the heart is merely an organ in the body and it cannot portray human emotions. Love is something of the soul, not an organ.
I can totally see that
