"St. Elizabeth Story" as written by and Mark O. Everett....
Strolling down the green path way
With my fellow invalids
Halloween party tonight
In the women's gym

[Chorus:]
Saturday night at the dance
I'd ask you if I dance

Men's ward wants me back
By ten, not far
Take down your half mask and I'll
See who you are

[Chorus]

At three o'clock this morning
Look through the glass
I'll blink the floor lights on and off
Like ships that pass

[Chorus]

General CommentCould this song perhaps be related to E's sister Elizabeth? He hasn't written anything about her since Electro-shock Blues, but it'd be kind of a weird coincidence for the name Elizabeth to show up and it not be about her.
