"Starts With Nothing" as written by Nicholas Hodgson, Charles Richard Wilson, Nicholas Baines, James Rix and Andrew White....
It starts with nothing
And it ends in nothing
You start with nothing
And you leave with nothing
It'll start with nothing
And will end in nothing
You arrive with nothing
And you leave with nothing

You're on your own on the last train home
Open your eyes you have arrived
You're on your own again
At the end

It starts with nothing
And it ends in nothing
You arrive with nothing
And you leave with nothing

Nobody knows where the money goes
You are alive and a passerby
And leave it all behind
Never mind

It starts with nothing
And it ends in nothing
You start with nothing
And you leave with nothing
It'll start with nothing
And will end in nothing
You arrive with nothing
And you leave with nothing

Yes that is my final answer
Yes that is my final answer
Yes that is my final answer
Yes that is my final answer
Yes that is my final answer
Yes that is my final answer

You're on your own on the last train home
Another tunnel on the circle line
With nothing up your sleeve
As you leave

It starts with nothing
And it ends in nothing
You start with nothing
And you leave with nothing
It'll start with nothing
And will end in nothing
You arrive with nothing
And you leave with nothing

General CommentLife is a gameshow, theres a Who wants to be a millionaire reference there.

I think it's just showing how apathy takes centre stage in our lives. The winner and loser mentality.

I like the song, haunting lyrics, like floating into the abyss, I understand cos I know how it feels.

    General CommentYou arrive with nothing
    And you leave with nothing

I guess this means the same as in the title of the movie "You can't take it with you": the value of money is bounded; it can bring you only a certain amount of happiness in life, but it makes no sense to pile it up and neglect the important things ...
