I felt that this song was someone who has given up all of his individuatlity (never want to stand up for myself, never want to get in the way) and personal life to be with one person.

He genuinely believes that this is the person for him, probably since he hasnt been in any less abusive reationships (better this time, than ever before) and because she must have stayed by his side at one downpoint in his life (and shaking my head from all i had done, but you never left me)

he's deluded himself so much that he'd "do anything for you" ANYTHING.... Yes, its sweet, but this is definetly a messed up relationship, one of the darkest songs on the album...

When I first heard this song I thought he was singing "Ooh la la, Apple and a Nug." And I was like, "hell yeah man."

I honestly love this song, and foster the people. This song is just great!

I think this is one of those songs that's secretly about God, just like the song Love by Musiq Soulchild.

I believe it is about his love for God, not a school-girl crush as some have mentioned.

In the beginning it says, "I don't know what the plan is; But you can share with me" He is referring to God's plan for him. He then says, "I give it all into your hands. Do what you will with me." Again, he is trusting God, and God's plan.

"And shaking my head from all that I've done; But you never left me." Not exactly a new crush he has, as this person (being) has never left his side, and has been with him forever.

"I've fallen in love, and it's better this time then I've ever known." He has found God's love, and is comparing it to the love a a girl; stating that God's love is that strongest of all.

I see this song as a guy/girl looking at a certain someone who they're just inevitably falling for, seeing as they 'never left' them whilst they've been trying to get through some shit. Now they're falling in love and its better than before, suggesting they've already been in and come out of a relationships (which perhaps hasn't ended so well) so this is truly something special which makes them 'smile when you speak' so 'together and forever' it is! They're feeling hope again, love again!
