She Lives (In A Time Of Her Own) Lyrics
Doubtless in everything she knows
Through time unchecked,
The sureness of her flows.
She leaves herself inside you when she goes.
She's always been in your ear.
Her voice sounds a tone within you,
Listen to the words you hear.
Her time has no past or future,
She lives everything she sees.
Her time doesn't spin outside here,
It's in every breath she breaths.
Like wind and stands in eager pain.
And drives your inner planes.
She clears and shares
A love that never strains.
She's always been in your ear.
Her voice sounds a tone within you,
Listen to the words you hear.
Her time has no past or future,
She lives everything she sees.
Her time doesn't spin outside here,
It's in every breath she breaths.
She sends, attends, behind an alpha stare.
She seeks the stars and spirals up their stairs.
She lives in a time of her own.
she lives in a time of her own.
she lives in a time of her own.

no comments wtf...?? best lyrics ever!!

What does Roky mean by 'drives your inner planes'? I don't get it...like butterflies in the stomach/confusion or what? The rest seems pretty clear to me.
@seasidezingst The lyrics are to a drug's spirit, maybe ushrooms spirit, because it's a popular drug and a femenine spirit is usually felt with them. He means that the "voice" of the trip drives your mind to profound states of... development or another word. Having an "illumination" or healing is the same with mushrooms than with yoga or with whatever method you use to travel your mind until going out of it: if you have no past or future, if you live everything you see, if your time is in every breath you breath, you're feeling you're alive in eternity,...

It sounds probably about mushrooms for me also because of sentences like "the suereness of her flows" and "she clears and shares". She has leaved herself inside me when she went, now everything is different, also this song.
@seasidezingst The 13th Floor Elevators did drugs but this song is not about drugs. it is about Devi, the Hindu Goddess, one of whose names is Kali (which means both “She is Time” and “Without Time”). In Tantra, the Goddess is the very fabric of the cosmos as well as the form of the supreme reality itself, and she is even the stuff of your own personal being. She is also called Shantideva, which means energy or power. She “moves your inner planes” as Kundalini, the mystical force within us which leads us back through the inner planes (often...

@seasidezingst Oops: I missed that autocorrect on my phone changed “Shakti” to “Shantideva” (wtf?) and the lyric is “drives your inner planes.” Kali is the activity of our inner planes as well as the force which will ultimately transcend them. It would be nice if this site let us edit our posts after the fact!
