Come one, come on, come on, Goddamn!
Used to be a young boy, been a renegade
I kept my mind on better days
I little ? and lemonade
Give me a little or give me alot
'Cause the sun don't shine in my cave
If you want you can dance, you can dance if you wanna
I don't dance with that special K
Yo a 20 would flip her, you'd think she's a stripper
Little home boy, don't believe me?
Let's go down the the river, pour out a little liquor
No one said it'd be easy
Sittin' in the sunshine alongside a crew
With a blunt and a brew
I'm gettin' the next round of a drinks'
It's a double tequila for you
Come on brother, you're killing the mood

It's ok we gonna drink all day
We gonna jam jam the night away
Everybody go hooooo and everybody go heyyy
It's ok we gonna drink all day
We got the champagne and alize br />
Everybody go ho and everybody go hey hey hey

I'ma do it the best I know how
Like p-p-ppp-pow
I'ma do it the best I know how
Like on your knees baby right now

A little midnight Tangueray', tongue twitchin'
You hit it from the back it's her favorite position
Straight down the hall the keg's in the kitchen
No man I ain't got any clean dishes

I got phillies and ? and swisher sweets
? and zig-zags and bags of treats
I got the sticky icky icky icky chronic treats
Fire up the barbecue boss, bring out the BBQ sauce
Is there anything that you want
That I got that you want, that I got that you want

It's ok we gonna drink all day
We gonna jam jam the night away
Everybody go ho and everybody go heyyy
It's ok we gonna drink all day
You brought the champagne and alize
Everybody go ho, everybody go hey hey hey

Roll up, we ain't going nowhere
No such thing as number one
Together we get it done
Get yourself a cup, roll up

I'ma do it the best I know how
Like I'ma do it the best I know how
Like I'ma do it the best I know how
Like p-p-ppp-pow pow

Come on, come on
Yeah, yeah

It's ok we gonna drink all day
We gonna jam jam the night away
Everybody go ho and everybody go hey
It's ok we gonna drink all day
You brought the champagne and alizebr />
Everybody go ho and everybody go hey hey hey

It's ok we gonna drink all day
We gonna jam jam the night away
Everybody go ho and everybody go hey
It's ok we gonna drink all day
You brought the champagne and alize
Everybody go hooooo and everybody go hey hey hey

Not even close! KO uses a lot of street slang that is pretty much exclusive to the Toronto area. If you are not from there, you will have difficulty deciphering his songs.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

When We Were Young
Blink-182
This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
