This song holds something for me, I was only a kid in 1999, life was simple, seemed like I had no worries, which compared to life now, I really didn't. "Present day, things have changed, Summer's over, and it rains here everyday." Things change I grew up, and things happen, and we don't always end up where we want to. Amazing song, and hold so much meaning.

Really hits home, this song. Love a song which I can relate to. Brilliant from LTA.
Such a moving song, it kind of has Mike thinking about the time when he was around the age I am so I can sort of relate to bits of it, but I can see how it was different for him growing up at a different time
I think that this song is showing how things have changed, and how mistakes where made and he's trying to accept how he ended up. It's showing that you can basically do anything even if you are a little bit sad, and that its okay.
