"59 Chrystie Street" as written by John Robert King, Michael S. Simpson, Michael Louis Diamond, Adam Horovitz, Adam Nathaniel Yauch and Matt Dike....
Aw yeah
Come on, come on
There's a girl over there (aw yeah)
With long brown hair (aw yeah)
I took her to the place
I threw the mattress in her face
Took off her shirt (fresh)
Took off her bra
Took off her pants (fresh)
You know what I saw (wick, wick, wick)

General CommentB-Boy Bouillabaisse is a medley of unfinished songs. It's similar to the medley on Abbey Road by The Beatles. The song "The End", from that album was sampled on The Sounds Of Science- another song on Paul's Boutique. 59 Christie Street is the opening to B-Boy Bouillabaisse. I believe the main sample in this one is "Summertime Blues."
