My InterpretationAlright well what i get out of this song is that religious ovr obbsessors are to over obbsessed with what they aredoing and the band just says fuck um "i am who i am this is what we are i dont care if this offends you or your worthless god". And he says if people cant except that well were standing right come and fucking get us!!!!!

My InterpretationFor what I understand, the lyrics means;

Some people would do anything disgusting or shameful act, to be famous/popular which the lyrics means directly to sluts/whores.But they're still not afraid of their "own shadow/sins".

He/the lyricist said that he wanted to help people who are broken hearted, to tell them that they're not alone.
But, there's still people who wanted to see him to fail.

And he would take back all the words he said, if those words of the liars meant a thing.But, apparently all they said are lies.

So many people come into our lives, and they go. It's because they're in for nothing, they can't stand to live in their own shadow of lies.

He is who he reflect himself as, it's not to offend anybody or their religious beliefs.

To the people who sent him letters, and are broken hearted, depressed, who are different /damaged like himself. He will stand for them and united as one to tell the society/people, that they will stick together.

The lyricist also said to use your mind/to think rationally before saying a word.He also won't let the corrupted to destroy the clan/people that he's protecting.

Song Meaningthis song is about how there are bands out there that say they are christian just for popularity when in reality, there really pigs, and have sex on tour with girls and basically are fake, they just say they are christian for popularity meanings. this has nothing to do with anything other then that. Chris Cerruli himself said so on a facebook post.

My InterpretationThis is about how he will stand up for anyone regardless of wether they like their music or not. If they feel alone, depressed, unneeded, unwanted, unloved or they just want to end it all he will fight for them. Thats what he said in an interview anyway

Song MeaningMESSAGE FROM CHRIS MOTIONLESS:
The main idea and main concern of mine was to basically parallel the 2 time periods of our band and all the open minded people in the world's present day life and the time period of Jesus' life and show how similar they are. I wanted to highlight the hypocrisy and hold a mirror up to all the self righteous, Holier-than-thou people and show them how full of shit they are. We have our own beliefs and we aren't afraid to speak out about them, We are not satanists, We have a positive message towards finding self-worth and inner peace, We don't discriminate against ANYONE regardless of the way they look, their faith, sexuality, or race, and believe it or not, I have a tremendous amount of respect for Jesus Christ. Yet despite all these very moral and positive vibes, we are still constantly ripped apart for being who we are. Sounds really similar to what happened to the man the people that criticize us put all their faith in. The difference between myself and Jesus is that he was trying to convince people to believe in him and a higher power (God) to find salvation... Whereas *I'M* trying to convince people to believe in themselves. God does not control your life, YOU do.

My band and Myself are 100% completely aware that NOT ALL Christians or followers of any religion are close minded and do the things they do in this video. I've met SO many awesome people in my travels that are Christians etc.. and regardless of whether they like Motionless In White or not, they still know how to keep an open mind and be respectful. I don't want anyone watching this video to feel like they should be angry towards every person of any faith, or that we are attacking their faith directly. Song MeaningPersonally, I find it obvious what the song is about, and most definitely, the music video. In the video, Motionless In White is being bombarded with people telling them "Go back to Hell, where you belong" and "You're a disgrace to God." etc. Chris then finds himself getting upset because someone spit at him, and of course, he gets in trouble and arrested. I find this as a way of them showing how people can pick and pry on others, and the victims who finally fight back are the ones who get the accusations. Although it's disgusting, it is true. The whole song is about people like them and all of the Creatures (MIW fans) are inferior to the mass population, which listens to different music and doesn't dress the same way. He also addresses that he gets letters and messages from fans discussing how they have been bullied, and felt worthless and he wanted to show how he will be the voice for all of those people. This song is really just another example of their strong belief in being who you are, and not giving a damn about what other people think of you as. And with the part of him being nailed to the cross and essentially being Jesus, I think of that as a way of incorporating the way of how religious people are offended by him and how he's a "devil worshiper". Almost like he's saying to the religious people saying this to him that they are being hypocritical. Jesus was crucified because he thought differently. He spread the word of something most people disagreed with. How is that different from what bands like Motionless In White do? It's really not. He's saying that their holy Jesus was murdered because of people not being like him. And in the video, Chris is crucified for the same exact reason. So, his message is "How is what you're doing different from what others did to your Lord and savior Jesus"? That's how I see this part. It may just be me, but that's what I think the message is that they're trying to say. And again, the entire song is based off of their common message about them and their fans being different, and they don't care if people have a problem with that, because it's who we all are.
