Pretty sure it's about amphetamines. Theodor Morell was Hitlers doctor who made concoctions of drugs with many containing methamphetamine.
As usual, not quite sure. It feels to me like he's singing about how he and his friends live on the brink of poverty. As usual also, I'm probably wrong.
