I'm more than just an option (hey, hey, hey)
Refuse to be forgotten (hey, hey, hey)
I took a chance with my heart (hey, hey, hey)
And I feel it taking over

I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I bet if I give all my love then nothing's gonna tear us apart

I'm more than just a number (hey, hey, hey)
I doubt you'll find another (hey, hey, hey)
So every single summer (hey, hey, hey)
I'll be the one that you'll remember

And I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I bet if I give all my love then nothing's gonna tear us apart

It's more than just a mission (hey, hey, hey)
You hear, but you don't listen (hey, hey, hey)
You better pay attention (hey, hey, hey)
And get what you've been missing

I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I better find your loving, I better find your heart
I bet if I give all my love then nothing's gonna tear us apart
(Tear us apart)

Too many times I've been wrong
I guess being right takes too long
I'm done waiting, there's nothing left to do
But give all I have to you and

I better find your loving (find your loving)
I better find your heart (I better find your heart)
I better find your loving (I better find your loving)
I bet if I give all my love then nothing's gonna tear us apart
(Tear us apart)

I bet if I give all my love then nothing's gonna tear us apart
(Tear us apart)

im surprised that even the guy who said he watched the video couldnt catch the jist of what drakes REALLY saying which is that hes talking directly to the audience or listener which is US!

We can start off with 'I took a chance with my heart (Hey hey hey) And I feel it takin over' - i believe this signifies him "selling his soul" for the fame and recognition [money, lifestyle, ect].

He then gets in to the nxt hook with 'Im more than just a number (Hey hey hey) I doubt youll find another (Hey hey hey) So every single summer (Hey hey hey) Ill be the one that you remember' - this signifies that hes not just any rapper and with his performance he will be crapping out hit after hit and we will love it and we will make hime blow up.

Too many times, Ive been wrong I guess being right takes too long Im done waitin, theres nothin left to do But give all I have to you - here he is saying that hard work gets you by but working hard takes too long so in order to speed it up and probably become even more famous he "gives all he has to you' now here 'you' represents 'satan' if i may. THis last stanza or verse was wat really made it clear. and if this still isnt clear enough brush up onn your POLITICS and watch the video

peace and love everyone [ sry i had to get creepy but theres some creepy stuff going on in the music industry, media and entertainment in general]

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
