I was born depressed, and uh
I end up in one big mess and
Trip around it
Trip around it
I was born jaded
I lift one finger up to display it
And trip around it...
Trip around it...
Trip around it...
Trip around it...

Ah, ah...

Born different
Born innocent
Born perfect
I'm not like you
I'm a born lover
Born livid
And I know, I'm
I'm not like you
I was
Born clever
Born knowledgeable
Born better than your best
I swear
I'm a born killer
Born thriller

I was born depressed
And a big black shadow looms suppressed
And I trip around it
Trip around it
I was born clever
And I don't suffer fools
I jib as I trip around it...
Trip around it...
Trip around it...
Trip around it...

Ah, ah...

Born perfect
Born different
Born better
I'm not like you
I'm a
Born lover
Born living
And I know, I'm
I'm not like you
I was
Born clever
Born knowledgeable
Born better than your best
I swear
I'm a born killer
Born thriller

Born different
Born innocent
Born perfect
I'm not like you
I'm a born lover
Born living
And I know, I'm
I'm not like you
I was
Born clever
Born knowledgeable
Born better than your best
I swear
I'm a born killer
Born thriller

Born perfect
Born different
Born better
I'm not like you
I'm was a
Born lover
Born living
And I know, I'm
I'm not like you
I was
Born clever
Born knowledgeable
Born better than your best
I swear
I'm a born killer
Born thriller

Good God in Heaven, this song is amazing. There's this glorious, almost self-indulgent quality to that means it must be screamed, not sang. Really, how many of us have had those days wherein we feel the iron bars of the cage that is our psyche, where we wonder, if anyone out there is truly sapient, if they truly do have their own deep thoughts, dreams, desires, and fantastic ideas. Then someone goes and does something intolerably stupid, and solipsism seems like the cleaner option. When that moment hits, scream this song and get the bile out of your system, does wonders for ones faith in humanity.

This song, it... it does things inside my body, if you know what I mean. It gives me this kind of weird, indescribable feeling in my chest and throat. At first, I wasn't really quite sure what to make of it, but the more I listened to it over and over, as my addiction grew stronger, I came to realize that it was my body crying out for me to scream the lyrics to it out loud. Fuck, it's like some kind of amazing black magic.

I think it is about having an existential depression. An existential depression is caused by a person having a higher intelligence as he or she grows up, and finding that he or she is pondering questions that the people around them can neither answer or even understand why you would think about such things.

As a rule the inevitable conclusion is that life in and of itself has no actual purpose, that injustice is the rule and not the exception and that there is simply no meaning to it all. Worse, you are alone in this knowledge as everyone around you seems oblivious to this truth that stares you in the face every day.

    You're different, better, depressed.

For about 15 years I have been in business with reliable partners. On the surface all is fine, but the stress I experience every day, can not describe anything. I already had an experience of communication with a psychologist, after which I closed down even more. My colleague recommended one site drmental.org/therapy-apps and here I feel understood. I literally self-diagnosed myself and after consulting with a psychologist I realized that I did not turn here in vain. Now I take an intensive therapy course and I am glad that I did it here)

When my husband and I first got married, I felt incredible joy and confidence that this was for life. But after two years, I felt something was wrong. When it came to problems I turned my attention to online couples therapy. Here I found a lot of specialties and different platforms, I was sure that there were only doctors who could help us with any problem. Thanks to the features of this platform, we were able to find a site that suited us and immediately identify our doctor, and immediately set up a convenient appointment schedule with a therapist, of course online. I hope that communicating with him will help us.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
