"Down the Drain" as written by and John K. Wozniak....
I'm staring down the drain
Of the sink in the bathroom

In a cloud of pure cocaine
And I think, "What have I done?"

If you ignore me, I swear I'll go insane

So kiss me like before
The madness started
And hug me like before
Our love departed
Oh, angel do you wish we'd never started?

I wish you could be my girl again
That's all I ever wanted
Oh, you could be my girl
I only ever wanted you

Yeah, you could be my girl again
That's all I ever wanted
And to god I swear, oh god, I swear it's true

I'm staring down the drain...

Song Meaningon MPs website before this album came out Woz said the basis for this cd was about a rough time he went through. which im not sure, but it seems to have a lot to do with losing himself to drugs and the consequences of it. hes standing there thinking about how everything turned to shit when he had everything. he lost his wife, which hes talking about in this song. the song blackbird is about getting his wife, Raine, back, and this is probably the song he wrote for her when he decided he was going to give up the life he was leading.
