I get excited by all the money in the club
I get excited by the boys showing me all their love
I get invited to the parties thrown around the world
I guess that I'm just a lucky little party girl
I heard about you, girl, you're into that new freaky shit
I like to rock you boy, and you don't know the half of it
So now it's on and I got you in my bed
I'll give you a night you wont forget
I'm a nymphomaniac, maniac oh boy
Boy she's a nympho boy
I got her doing things she's never done before
Boys she's a nympho boy

I know you think that I'm just screwing them, bruising
I know you think that I'm just losing
My last man got me thinking crazy incidents
All night, S and M with certain emphasis
That's what I'm talking 'bout girl, oh baby
But every boy wants to lay me and play me
What you did in your past doesn't faze me
Why don't you come here say

I'm a nymphomaniac, maniac oh boy
Boy she's a nympho boy
I got her doing things she's never done before
Boy she's a nympho boy

Nymphomaniac, you got me to bed
I got you to pose with no clothes in every photo (You got me to bed)
I got you to do it in the bathroom (You got me to bed)
I got you and your friends to join in with my friends (You got me to bed)
Making home movies like Tommy and Pam (You got me to bed)

I get high from every little fantasy
Of having someone every second being next to me
But I'm unsatisfied until the day I die
But that ain't stopping me from living my life
Girl you can live your life, I don't wanna interfere
Wait boy, you know that I want you here
We can take it fast
Or we can take it slow
But, there's no denying you're a nympho

I'm a nymphomaniac, maniac oh boy
Boy she's a nympho boy
I got her doing things she's never done before
Boy she's a nympho boy
Nymphomaniac - You got me to bed x4 Nymphomaniac
Boy she's a nympho boy

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
