This song is pretty straight forward. Telling the listener to not let things keep you down and when tough times come, just look inside yourself. Everyone has had the feeling that the world in on their shoulders or experienced something they didn't think they could overcome, but everyone has the power inside them to rise above it. I also agree with the earlier post about Warren and Tim Reynold's version of this song...
