"One Of Those Days" as written by and Joshua Ryan Radin....
Wait right here
Was all she said to me
And so right here I stay
Time has reached our home
And I've been left alone
It's carried him away

And everyone keeps saying
Nothing helps but time
Time is all I own
The timings stop replaying over in my mind
I watch the hours slow down

So I crawl underneath my blanket
Where I can hide away
I know I can't take it
Cause I see now
It's just one of those days

Now a year has passed
Alone I stay inside
And I await the rain
To wash away your face
So I don't have to hide
The sight of you is painful

I can't stop
Seeing your face
I can't stop
Seeing your face
Every place

General CommentThis song is about him having to see his ex's face everywhere. Since they were on tour together, many fans have a picture with the both of them and they ask him to sign it. Her face is constantly shoved at him and this is about him having that day where you can't face the world. He's amazing :)

General CommentI lost a friend a few years ago in an accident. I was with her and saw it. And so, it's one of those things I'll never forget. I think about it a lot. Some days are worse than others. So this really just makes me think about the days that I just want to crawl in my bed and hide away from the world. And like it talks about people saying time helps.. That's something time can't always do a whole lot for. You just learn to live with it. So, it's a perfect song to describe how I feel about that.

General CommentA malcontent track to start with. Bold, but after "Sundrenched World" I shouldn't be surprised.

The first verse seems to exert a lack of faith, and acceptance thereafter. Reminds me of "God says Nothing Back" by The Wallflowers (but I don't know why).

The "I can't stop seeing your face" line is what really get to me. Even if you you hide underneath your blanklets, when you close your eyes all you see is the face of the girl you love. Don't let moments of misery string together, because it's easy after a break-up.

    Or something that never was...

General CommentSometimes I'm really surprised, how exactly some songs meet my feelings. And it's the same feeling with this one.
It comforts me, when i'm feeling alone even though it sometimes deteriorates the pain...

right now, i'm kind of breaking up with my boyfriend and it is really hard, because in some way we still love each other.. so i feel like joshua in this song.. time is all i own.. because there are no other things, i can do than wait...
