Y'all got me fucked up in this music business
All I ask I'm not perfect I just need forgiveness
One day I could see me being on the World of Guinness
My personality is cold, maybe I'm just vicious
But I'm building from these broken bridges
I'm grabbing all the money by the inches
But frankly I haven't even made it
Im just thinking mainly
I haven't even had a baby
I just have a God son and I'm here for his safety
Life is like a rollercoaster, ups and downs
Upside down
Loop to loop
Turn around
Until your back to the ground
What I've found is
Just stand up when you're in crisis
Despite virus, bias, and prices
The king falls and he rises
All life is full of fucking surprises
Which jeopardizes
Your plans and your sacrifices
But let me tell you what life symbolizes
It's all realizations and compromises
I sing, he harmonizes
He falls, he apologizes
Only one thing here is right
I'll take off out of sight
Over twenty thousand streams in months
With no promotion, not even a front
Producers that ran off with my money,
Then gave me my masters after months
Even after release dates
I hope he ate
There's more than one of y'all
So I'm not talking about just one
I'm talking about all the people in the industry
That brought me down, for me only to arise
It has begun
My destiny is here, my fans are tuning in, so here I Go again
Ugh I just get so overwhelmed at times from doing Every little thing by myself within
From music loops, to writing all of my music, to Doing over 30 songs in months and there's not an End
Rehearsals, press releases, interviews, social Media, booking, I could go on
All out of my pocket, from my palm
When will I get my bronze
Been making music since in was in 4th grade
Blood, sweat, and tears, I could never downgrade
That's how I do it big, know why I'm up and out Late
Had people tell me I'm not good enough it was just All hate
But now since y'all took and faked out all my Money
I won't be turning back, let me keep it one Hundred
All their attitudes to me were rugged
Hearing bull in my ear like it was nothing
Twenty-twenty-three is going to have a lot of cutting
Off a lot of fakes, moochers, players I'll be shutting
Shutting off these n***s I'll be off I'm not bluffing
I'm who people trusting
I'm adjusting to this cold world
This shit gets real disgusting
I have some day ones on my team
That treat me fantastic, it's all I ask
Is that something
Is that something

This song's so simply pretty... The first time I heard it, I nearly cried. This one is definitely one of my favorites! ^_^ Whenever I begin to think about what the meaning is, I begin to feel sad again... I wonder if the meaning is that meaningful...

I hope more people comment! :D

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
