The has been high school hero,
He's first in line in his own mind and doesn't care about the rest
A handsome half wit zero he'll be your friend until the end if you're the coolest and the best
He falls in love with his reflection in the glass
He can't resist to staring back
He makes a case that all you've ever needed is a pretty face
But the bottom line above it is that never was is all he'll ever be
He can't resist the pillow of devotions of a narcissist
It doesn't matter anyway cause he's a self full-filling prophecy of make believe

She's a suburban princess
She's had it all since she was small and sucking on a silver spoon
Another gold card purchase
This daddy's girl thinks the whole world revolves around her like the moon
Each days are filled to here where all the boys will stare
She pretends she doesn't care
She makes a case that all you've ever needed is a pretty face
But the bottom line above it is that never was is all she'll ever be
She can't resist the pillow of devotions of a narcissist
It doesn't matter anyway cause she's a self full-filling prophecy of make believe
Of make believe
Of make believe

And on the day he met her, the hyper tension of their love connection almost sealed the deal
Happily ever after who better for each other than another candidate to
Make a case that all you've ever needed is a pretty face
But the bottom line above is that never was is all they'll ever be
They cant resist the pillow of devotions of a narcissist
But their together anyway and showed themselves a taste of reality

We can't resist the pillow of devotions of a narcissist
It doesn't matter anyway cause we're a self fulfilling prophecy of make believe
Of make believe
Of make believe
Of make believe.

[i think these are the correct lyrics:]

The hasbeen highschool hero, He's first in line in his own mind and doesn't care bout the rest. A handsome half wit zero he'll be your friend until the end if you're the coolest and the best. He falls in love with his reflection in the glass He can't resist who's staring back He makes a case that all you've ever needed is a pretty face But the bottom line above it is a never was is all he'll ever be He can't resist the pinnacle devotions of a narcassist It doesn't matter anyway cuz he's a self full-filling prophecy and make believe

She's a suburban princess She's had it all since she was small and sucking on a silver spoon Another gold card purchase This daddy's girl thinks the whole world revolves around her like the moon Each days are filled from here where all the boys will stare She pretends she doesn't care She makes a case that all you've ever needed is a pretty face But the bottom line above it is a never was is all she'll ever be She can't resist the pinnacle devotions of a narcassist It doesn't matter anyway cuz she's a self full-filling prophecy And make believe (x3)

And on the day he met her The hyper tention of their love connection all but sealed the deal Happily ever after who better for each other than another candidate to Make a case that all you've ever needed is a pretty face But the bottom line above it is a never was is all they'll ever be They can't resist the pinnacle devotions of a narcassist But their together anyway and share their self-obsessed reality

We can't resist the pinnacle devotions of a narcassist It doesnt matter anyway cuz we're a self fullfilling prophecy and make believe (x4)

The real lyrics (from the book of the CD)

The has been high school hero, He's first in line in his own mind and doesn't care about the rest, A handsome half-wit zero, He'll be your friend until the end if your the coolest and the best,

He falls in love with his reflection in the glass, He can't resist who's staring back,

He makes a case, That all you've ever needed is a pretty face, But the bottom line about it is a "never was" is all he'll ever be, He can't resist, the paranoid delusions of a narcissist, It doesn't matter anyway cause he's a self fulfilling prophecy, Of make believe.

She's a suburban princess, She's had it all since she was small and sucking on a silver spoon, Another gold card purchase, This daddy's girl thinks the whole world revolves around her like the moon,

Each day's her film premiere where all the boys will stare, She pretends she doesnt care,

And on the day he met her, the high pretension of their love connection all but sealed the deal, Happily ever after, who better for each other than another candidate to,

Make a case, that all they've ever needed is a pretty face, but the bottom line about it is a "never was" is all they'll ever be, they can't resist, the paranoid delusions of a narcissist, but they're together anyway and share their self obsessed reality, We can't resist, the paranoid delusions of a narcissist, it doent matter anyway cause we're all self fulfilling prophecies, of make believe!

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
