As far as I can see it's all pretty much just about mindless torture and knowing that some of Whitechapels lyrics are based upon Jack the ripper i'd assume it's about him.

This band must not like sluts because in Viser Exsicer they talk about the same thing pretty much. This song is about a man that doesn't find sluts and whores very amusing so he decides to start slaying them with torture that is quite fun to him.
Whitechapel is simply an amazing bang and wrote an album that directly related to where they got the band name from. It was their version of a modern Jack the ripper. Just like all bands you need a scheme to get famous and stand out. Whether it be masks or paint on your face. They had a foundation and rain with it. Now look, one of the biggest death core bands out!
