I am pretty sure that it's about being too shy to tell someone just how much you love them. It's like waiting for somebody to make the first move, but then becoming restless because they're taking so long.

Oh wow. Hasn't everyone felt like this at soem point? I know I do now, especially since the guy I'm falling stupid for is a total brain, I mean like MENSA smart. Doesn't help that I get restless waiting for him to show interest in me or my love life. Please don't keep me hanging here......
