Thats actually kinda funny, I went on here to see what people thought about the meaning, cause this is my all time fav song since to me its about schizophrenia. I'm not sure if thats what she had in mind when she wrote it, only she does, but for me, suffering from schizophrenia, there's no doubt in my mind that this is what its about.
