You're just preaching the Bible
They still speakin' but lyin'
And you still deal with the fires
That they made

Da-da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da-da
Da-da-da-da-da, you
Da-da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da-da
Da-da-da-da-da, you
Da-da, da-da-da-da

Why you wanna get me?
Dreams don't last forever
Why you wanna fix me?
See, if the police don't take it
God forsake it
I can't take it

Why you stab me in the back?

We're so good at losin'
And she, those bridges to burn
She, I, da-da-da-da-da

Da-da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da-da
Da-da-da-da-da, watch it
Da-da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da-da
Da-da, da-da-da-da

Why you wanna get me?
This too won't last forever
Why you wanna hit me?
If the police don't take it
God forsake it
I won't break it

Why you stab me in the back?

Why you wanna fix me?
Things don't last forever, oh, no, no
Why you wanna get me
Just be together
Why you wanna get me?
Together
Why you wanna get me?

See, if the police don't take it
God forsake it
I won't break it

Why you stab me in the back?

Ooh

I wish he would have added verses to this, the beat is amazing. I see where he was going with this song, but he was just not able to finish it.
