Actually, I know what this song REALLY means because I went to her Kansas City concert last night. :) She wrote this song for her sister, who is getting married in a couple of months. Colbie said that a couple of years ago, when her sister met her fiance, Colbie realized that her sister's boy was "Tailor-Made" for her, because she had never seen her sister so happy.
Quite simple, but that is it! :)
It's pretty obvious what's going on in this song. Someone she know's is in love and she's telling her it's perfect! How cute!
I think she is telling herself to forget about all the past relationships that went wrong and to actually put her faith in this one. She probably thinks its too good to be true because its like he is perfect for her.
