And some man live his life
For profits alone
That very same man
He lives his life all alone

And the road to life
Yes, it goes up and down
Doesn't really matter
As long as the music goes on

Hey, Mister Collie Man
Why don't you come 'round no more?
Hey, Mister Collie, Collie Man
Don't you hear me troubled call?

Hey, Mister Collie Man
Look I didn't come to disturb
You best not be come ?round here
Unless you've got me sensi herb

I never needed any
Reason for me to say
Through all those troubled times
Yes, me love you any way

And the roughest path
You know the rocky, rocky road
You know that life and love
Is a heavy, heavy load

Hey, Mister Collie Man
Why don't you come ?round no more?
Hey, Mister Collie, Collie Man
Don't you hear me troubled call?

But, Mister Collie Man
Look I didn't come to disturb
You best not be come 'round here
Unless you've got me sensi herb
You best not be come 'round here
Unless you've got me sensi herb

I think that ya it is about a drug dealer that because of his life style he is very lonely and people only the call him up( get it collie man= cally man like CALL get it get it) for drugs. and he doesnt really have friends only costumers. and he contines to do and deal his drugs because he doesnt think he can handle the 'rocky rocky road' of life without escaping to his drugs. (im not against drugs or anything but i just think that people shouldn't use drugs to escape the problems of their lives)

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Magical

How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.
