My Opinionwow, did this even need to be discussed, i thought it was really obvious that it was about joe. for those who say that their music only went down hill since he left/they kicked him out i object.

about pete cursing, seriously, he calls himself a christian, if you asked him if he had ever even read the bible, i bet he would say no. SAVED christians just have better morals than that. Its people like pete that give Christians a bad reputation. I think they are only getting more and more secular. Like if brokencyde were to call themselves christians. HA.

  There's nothing wrong with cursing. They are words just like any other, and are used to express certain emotions. So cursing gives Christians a bad reputation? Suuuure, it's not like there's other things that give them a bad rep! -rolls eyes-

General Commenti think this song is about facing the problems of everyday life... he feels sorry for things that he has done and wants to be forgiven but the persong who is angry is to mad and to self-centered to give a damn about how he feels hence the lines

and hes trying to make the person see that they both need to see and compare how each other feel (juxtapose) and hes trying to make that person see what he faces today (my opinion what do u think)

  @Screamline I know the CD jacket says "fake this reality" however.... "Faithless reality" is what it sounds like... I mean he is talking about ones soul here in the 2nd verse.

General CommentI second that opinion, and add that I think that he's very upset with the whole situation, and feels like giving up. Thats what I think.

Awesome song either way. Packs a good punch.

General CommentI agree as well. I also think this is the most aggressive song on Vena Sera, at least lyrically. This is the only song on the album that he swears and when he does it, he has alot of feeling behind it. The whole song is rather intense too.

General CommentChevelle cussing.. They are not christians.. they are from hell!! Joking about all of that.......... This seems to be the most passionate song on the album.. i agree with the above posts about the meaning.. love it..
