83.7 is a Japanese FM radio frequency.. Their FM radio frequencies are from 76-90Mhz unlike the international standard which is 87.5-108.0Mhz

This track actually does sound a lot like a radio station, and is a cool and creative way to begin an album IMO

correct me if i'm wrong but there's no 83.7 on fm scale on every radio i've seen - it starts with 87~88 maybe it's different in france
