your choice
so choose
we use the same weapons we do

we turn
to fire
unwind into the seconds with you

seconds to crystallize before you walk alone
seconds to crystallize the fear
here in the open ruins
of the homemade bombs in the afternoon

can't win or lose
when we use the same weapons we choose

could go on for days
in this way
our aim is dead on and true

you hurt me when I hurt you
we'll never walk alone
we can do it all same time next year
here in the open ruins
of the homemade bombs in the afternoon

turn them on
set them off
turn them on
set them off
only true to his kind
born to explode
just like mine

your choice
so choose
we use the same weapons we do

we turn
to fire
unwind into the seconds with you

seconds to crystallize before you walk alone
seconds to crystallize the fear
here in the open ruins
of the homemade bombs in the afternoon

here in the open ruins
of the homemade bombs in the afternoon

here in the open ruins
of the homemade bombs in the afternoon

General CommentThis song works on some sort of visceral level. Though the more I look at it, the more I must have no idea what it means.

Lots of dangerous sounding things being described. Ruins must of got that way somehow, and bombs seem a likely culprit, They are both doing it. Then the suggestion that it could all be done again next year.
