    General Commentthere's something amazing about Idlewild - it's the cryptic nature of the words that confuse you but at the same time feel like everything you've ever thought but never been able to express.
    That said, for me, this song is about how people put up walls between themselves and the world, but Roddy's suggesting that there's really no point to it.
    I'm probably wrong. But I'm just so glad that Idlewild exist. And that they're making music like this again.

    General Commenti totally agree with the idea that it about putting up walls. The verses seem to be about never revealing who you truly are... and then the chorus.... "whatever we say we show no emotion"
