This song is made 100 times better because it is true. The story of Staff Sgt John H Thorburn, and his kids were born spastic, with quadriplegia, micro cephalic, Cerebal Palsy, cortical blindness. R.I.P to him and the kids he's lost. This song is fucking bossed by RA those first 10-15 seconds owned it for me. No wonder it won rap verse of the year.
Very intense record. About Vietnam, and the effects of it on everyone, from the civilians to the vets. Agent Orange came through all the war, and ruined the lives of many of these people. This song really displays how bad it was.
On RA's verse, he wrote it from the words of his father. He basically rapped his father's experience in Vietnam, so it makes it that much more crazy.
this song is intense. its just mainly about the evil of vietnam and the little we know about what happened. people hate vietnam vets and they cant fucking imagine what they went through. some of those people would shit their fucking pants flying over vietnam in the sixties and seventies...............

wow, i think this is probably one of the greatest parts of any verse to ever exist. sure, RA's whole verse is excellent but this part just fucking kills it. some of the sickest multis EVER.
