I think it's just adding to that, rather than referencing an eating disorder. But, you never know. It might be about that, too.

I can definetly see how this song is refering to Jesus. but I can also see how it isn't. I mean, saying dance with me doesn't necessarily mean anything disrespectul. When dancing, someone usually leads.. so it could be like lead me.. like the saying life is a dance. I don't know. I can not keep my heart from you and I don’t even care and that he always knows whats in your heart.
