(Quincy Tellem)
Yeah, yeah, yeah

In a drought, a nigga had it
Half a brick, I make some magic
Cut that shit and feed the masses
In the streets, that's with a passion (yeah)
Grindin', bro, I'm fuckin' active
You won't even understand
You won't even understand (yeah)
Another day, another rubber band (rubber band)
Toaster turns you into jam (jam)
Thirty, it don't fuckin' jam (jam)
Fuck a Grammy, I weigh all these grams (all these grams)
For the coke, my brothers in the jam
Shit ain't the same, I miss my niggas
We them neighborhood villains
They know we way too hot to handle, we sellin' drugs and bustin' triggers

They say that money change your heart, but bein' broke made me colder, colder
They say when money comes in quick
You gotta look over your shoulder (look over your shoulder)
Yeah, shoulder (look over your shoulder)
They say when money comes in quicker
You gotta look over your shoulder (look over your shoulder), shoulder
Before that jewelry, buy them blickies, if they kill you, then it's over (over)

Put some respect up on my name (yeah)
Don't hate the player, hate the game
Givin' out these pictures with no frames
He seen a nitty, look for veins (veins)
Hundred on the dresser and a hundred on the way (way)
Fuck you, bitch, I'm paid (paid, yeah)
Wake up, shit (shit)
I really have to go and get my cake up, bitch
I don't have time for no relationships
I just need this money, then I'm good, that's it
If I make mistakes, then I'll own that shit

I'll own that shit, you know what I'm sayin'? (Facts)
Yeah

My hands been dirty, girl, I'm workin'
I be trappin' 'til the mornin' (mornin', yeah)
They don't love you whilst you're grindin' (yeah)
You just gotta stay focused (yeah, yeah)
'Cause they'll respect you if there's motion (yeah, yeah)
Now I've been whippin' up the potion (yeah, yeah)
Hit them still straight out the rover (yeah, yeah)
And I know I'm gettin' closer
You might see me on a poster
I'm on the block, I'm with the vultures
Buyin' Glocks and revolvers
My niggas roll with them toasters

If you ever did me wrong, I don't give out no cold shoulders (yeah)
I just bring the fuckin' heater, get the whole place roastin' (yeah)
I get money, different continents (yeah)
Goin' coast to coast with it (yeah)
Really into ownership (yeah)
If I can't keep a bitch, you know that I ain't forcin' it (yeah)
Whippin' up, MasterChef (yeah)
Build a spliff, Rasta spliff (yeah)
You know I ain't passin' in it (yeah)
Got about two hundred kicks (yeah)
More than Jackie Chan and them (yeah)
And I sold a hundred boxes (yeah)
That was just a fuckin' M (yeah)

They say that money change your heart, but bein' broke made me colder, colder
They say when money comes in quick
You gotta look over your shoulder (you gotta look over your shoulder), uh, shoulder
They say when money comes in quick
You gotta look over your shoulder (you gotta look over your shoulder), shoulder (shoulder)
Before that jewelry, buy them blickies
If they kill you, then it's over (kill you then it's over, over)

Kill you, then it's over
Kill you, then it's over (kill you, then it's over)
Over
Kill you, then it's over (over)
Kill you, then it's over

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.
