Its not so complicated if you analyze it a little..

This is basically saying he found "you" in bed with another. Can be a little sadistic if you interpret it as him stabbing them after he finds out..

This is saying "you stabbed me in the heart/broke my heart" and if you go the sadistic path, it can be seen as "since you stabbed me in the heart with what you did, I'm going to really stab you in the heart"
The electric car part is.. I dunno.. just singing.. or maybe the "other" person drove an electric car which he sees around the corner of her house and he's basically mocking it..
