Blame It On The Boogie Lyrics
Okay well..
My interpretation of the song is that He's dating a girl that loves to party/go to discos. Because of that he never sees her like he wants to. At first he didn't like it until he experienced it himself. He became overwhelmed and couldn't help but to dance along with her. Then she's all over him again when he joins her.
@KadeejiaDenise i also feel the same! nice thinking!

It definitely is. I love it.
Spot on interpretation by you translator. Also, Satan is the spirit behind most of this music. The lines don’t blame it on the sunshine, moonlight, the good times. Blame it on yourself says the devil. It’s your fault not mine. The devil knows you’re a sinner and he charms you with his music. It knows what it is doing and is very excellent at it.
[Edit: Edit]
the boogie straight forward is the possession of an evil spirit like the devil. im sure as children we remember the boogieman. the boogieman had a long history in euro culture boogieman was once known as puck which is known to mean the devil or supernatural force. more current songs like timbaland's up jumps the boogie, boogie jumps me; clearly refers to spirit possession especially when he blasphemes the name of YHWH in his lyrics. Devil is known for being a master of ceremonies when it comes to music. Who you think influenced the Israelites to make a golden calf while listening to 'strange music' ?
- interestingly puck/boogieman is half calf half man" "The devil's gotten to me Through this dance" - moonwalker
It's the bogeyman, not the boogieman.
