It's interesting, but a bit repetetive after 23 minutes of it.
Come to think of it, it might be good as background music though. I can see how it would be calming if you're doing something else at the same time. I'll have to try it sometime.

Its not on any album, its a bootleg that can be found on www.allofmp3.com.
I have no idea where the hell it came from.
And yes, it is around the length of echoes (but not anywhere close to as good).
The song is 22:07 in length. It was included as one of the bonus tracks in the cassette version of PULSE.
