A Cage It Falls Into Lyrics
falling, falling
Pick those feathers up one by one,
wandering, wandering
are blue Travel forward and separate the
distance Sits on a chair, mouth sealed,
vision warped and reflects the black.
darkness goes on, the darkness gets
deeper Look back the mistakes in the
past Stack them up, stack them up
water strongly on to both of these
forgotten hands
I won't abandon the smell of blood
flowing incessantly, eternally
We were again discouraged
Abandon hope and became helpless
Our arms are dragged by hope
Pull and pulled back to the place we were
Stare at your back
Loneliness of a smile,
not to tell but to interrupt
I laugh in a room and throw waste
Depending on presents The darkness goes
on. As long as it flows Winds go deeper
Gouge out those false words Pile them up
Wash away the footprints ahead
Cajole us, make us forget and let us go
In return for the presents
we hand out

The music to this song is so happy-sounding, but the lyrics are so dark. Maybe the intended emotion is melancholy. In any case, I love the combination.

I can't believe that only one person have commented this song. It's a really beautiful song.

Well is it just me or is he 'singing' in japanese? so where did you get this lyrics? and what good are they if you can't keep up with him or even know if that's really what's he saying / screaming / singing / whatever ?

yeah he's singing in japanese, and im pretty sure the lyrics are off the original cd, i think they wrote the translation. and well i believe that understanding what he was trying to say through the song is more important than just sing it like a stupid parrot.

well you might have a point but I still find it hard to really feel what he's saying at one particular moment since I get lost somewhere in the middle of the song... nevertheless beautiful music, great lyrics (from what I've read), great band...

I know Japanese and English and it seems to me like the first stanza would have been better translated:
wind against my back/my face against the sky/I'm falling/falling... picking up feathers one by one/I'm drifting/drifting (or maybe flowing is better, I dunno)
The Japanese lyrics for the first stanza are: 空ã«å‘ã‹ã„ã€é¢¨ã‚’å—ã‘ãªãŒã‚‰ (sora ni mukai, kaza wo ukenagara) è½ã¡ã¦è¡Œã (ochite yuku) è½ã¡ã¦è¡Œã (ochite yuku)
羽を一ã¤ä¸€ã¤æ‹¾ã„集゠(hane wo hitotsu hitotsu hiroi atsume) æµã‚Œè¡Œã (nagare yuku) æµã‚Œè¡Œã (nagare yuku)
