This is a very nice chill out song by Deep Dish, which I first heard in the album Perfect Chills 3 by Paul Oakenfold. Interestingly, I was reading an article on Deep Dish where Dubfire (one of the members of Deep Dish) portrays his talent vocals in this song.
I think the song is about when one of the two friends realises that he is in love with the other, but is having all the clouded thoughts of what were to happen, and such. Especially the chourus "I'm In Love With A Friend, I don't Know what to do", essentially displays the arguement whether they should go one step further with their relatiionship.
