Journey Through Pressure Lyrics

Pushing the will
Being alive
Well I have been
I came far
The process of trying
To act unharmed
It will fade out

Thoughts will unwind
No longer mine
They are for you
When you come
So long
I'm cutting here
& the water's blood
When you come

The sky moves faster at this time of year

One of the saddest songs in existance. About feeling so, so alone. A feeling of absolute hopelessness, there is no other choice but to give up. "The process of trying to act unharmed, it will fade out" - there's no more hiding from the truth, the narrator has nothing left in his life and he has come to accept that, and what must happen.

Last lyric: At this time you will Is it suicide?

probably, if it's not meant metaphorically, as in some kind of closure..

Best damn song on the album. Probably about going insane out of impatience which would then lead to suicide. What makes this song so good is Katatonia's ability to take something small and make it sound very emotional without sounding tasteless.
